What is it going to be like?

A few nights ago, I had a dream. It was WEIRD! I was dreaming about puppies and boys who I liked. Then my mind shifted to something else entirely.

The temple.

I dreamed about what it would be like. What would I have to do?
There were so many questions.

I was talking to my sister and asked if it was bad that I was dreaming about it.  She said, "It is just because it is unknown to you."

I have no idea what it is going to be like.
But this past weekend, at Stake Conference, we talked a lot about worthiness. Obedience and spiritual revelation too.

I felt so inspired. I knew I needed to do better. If I was going to enter into the House of the Lord, I knew I needed to be better.

Then, to top it all off, my Book of Mormon professor discussed a lot about the temple and some of the things that happen within.

All of the prophets have commanded to repent always! To go into the temple, you must repent of all your wrong doings in order to be seen as worthy through the Lord's eyes.

I know that if I prepare the best I can, repenting and drawing closer to my Father in Heaven I will be ready.

"We are not expected to be perfect to enter the temple. Rather, the purpose of the things we learn and the covenants we make in the temple is to help perfect us. We must, however, be worthy to enter....The Lord has set the standards of worthiness to enter the temple, as expressed by the Psalmist: “Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? or who shall stand in his holy place?  “He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart” (Psalm 24:3–4)."
